3. There is a Hilton hotel about 5 blocks away if you want to be at a Hilton property, otherwise there is a Drury Inn right across the street or numerous other options around town that have a better parking situation.

10. The hotel parking was at adjacent public lot for $17 per night, car was fine in lot, and even though parking was tight they always accepted our vehicle (they may have had to keep keys from some vehicles, but never needed to keep ours, despite some double parking I saw.
