3. I can say that we were treated like royalty by everyone, specially by the Valet guys (I think it's because I was driving a Murcielago) and I've enjoyed my stay very much.

9. When I arrive there is always someone there to welcome me at the valet area, the bellman and doorman remember me from 7 months ago and some by name which is quite impressive.
