2. Room service was very good but overpriced when you add delivery fees, automatic 20% gratuity etc. Same with laundry--and extra $2 to get your shirts folded etc make a perfect setting and hotel look like its penny pinching.

9. Room service, great if not pricey, wish i could say the same for cafe sambal and the poolside bar overpriced and not that great $19 for a club sandwich and not a great one an that when combined with the very slow service was not good at all.
