2. Also, EVERY luxury in the room seemed to come attached to an exorbitant price-tag, so much so that we didn't dare touch the chocolates which may or may not have been complimentary because I was afraid of getting a $50 bill for them LOL.

3. Even after I grudgingly paid double -- one bill for 'each' room -- the front desk agent refused to acknowledge the hotel's role in the mix-up, despite agreeing that no one would have booked my rate given the availability of a lower corporate rate and other lower promotions for the weekend.

9. (Do you know how hard it is to package a golf club?) Rather than the anticipated drill of filling out numerous forms and time taken for them to find materials, the concierge simply took the club, had me fill out the destination for the club and that was it!(Of course, the charges were billed to my room) But the whole experience was effortless.
