7. We arrived on a very busy Saturday at 3 pm and were told that our room wasn't ready yet but we could sit at the pool bar and enjoy a complimentary drink.

8. There are some good facilities such as fitness center (no charge) with complementary fruits and water, two nice restaurants, pool area, bar etc.Very helpful and attentive staff.
