We got a nice room with a decent balcony overlooking brickell!the hotel is nice - the pool is warm and inviting and really largethe room amenities are great and the staff were all friendly and welcomingthere is always cabs waiting to go at the main entrance - we had breakfast the next morning outside - it was a little hectic and not the best service - but the food was excellent as we all ordered al a carte and didn't do the buffet.
