6. The only downer was that our room was across from the housekeeping closet, and that the shower door leaked, creating a puddle on the floor.

7. I can only recommend this hotel as it is managed on a very professional level, starting the front desk, housekeeping and food.

8. Never bothered by housekeeping, they did a great job of finding out when we were not in the room, poolside service was great w/ towels, turning on the hot tuib for us, a warm pool in not so warm a weekend and just made us feekl special throughout our trip.

10. I returned to my room to shower and dress for an evening reception only to find that the room still had not been serviced in over one hour and there were no clean towels or fresh soaps etc. I again callled housekeeping and could not get a straight response.
