1. The next morning I am out of the shower and about to apply lotion except for the bottle is empty and the maids never bothered to change the bottle after someone used it.

8. Although the room looked nicely renovated and the service was friendly, I would probably not return for two reasons: (1) the shower was lukewarm at 8 am on the weekend, and (2) the velvet pillows were smelly.
