Japan Town was a block away from the hotel The only exception to the stay was the parking

which should have been discounted for hotel customers or park across the street from the hotel in a public lot.

The morning attendant threatened to fine us $200 if we didn't pay immediately (we had gone down to the car just to pick up some items and had no money with us & had to call the family member in the hotel room to bring the
