7. We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived: extremely gracious front desk staff, attractive lobby (with people actually sitting and relaxing in the lobby, always a good sign), nice roomy room with a great view of garden and downtown LA.

9. The hotel was nice; lobby attractive in Asian decor - black and red; the rooms were nicely decorated and clean - we were on the 21st floor and our room had a nice view and had no problems whatsoever.
