1. ' I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating because I think without the name your own price feature, I'd be disappointed in paying their spot rate of $130+ and I also think the valet is unnecessary if not overpriced.

2. The registration desk and valet greeters were very friendly and helpful (arranging transportation to dinner, etc.) The lobby is a beautiful atrium with a bar on one end.
