1. All in all, this place is a must-stay if seeing an Astros game, but even if not I would highly recommend it, as they have great concierge service, and a free shuttle to the Downtown Aquarium.

2. The front desk is staffed with only 2 people who also serve as bell and concierge and who get overwhelmed when a big group shows up.

3. The room was nice with a view of downtown Houston and the concierge had left us a wonderful chocolate covered fruit platter with a handwritten anniversary card.
