1. I found every single staff member with whom I interacted to be extremely courteous and professional, starting with the valet parking attendant and with the clerk at check-in.

6. Use of the valet parking at the Inn at the Ballpark, though, meant that my car was safely ensconced in the underground garage and I didn't have to worry about extra charges for leaving and returning, nor did I have to worry about feeding a meter each day, or about theft or damage to my car.
