1. The registration desk and valet greeters were very friendly and helpful (arranging transportation to dinner, etc.) The lobby is a beautiful atrium with a bar on one end.

4. I didn't have a chance to try out room service as I ventured to Vic & Anthony's for dinner (a must for anyone that loves a good steakhouse) but I remember being tempted by quite a few items.
