6. My complaints are few; the first is that I'd booked a room w/ a bathtub, and instead got the smaller room with a walk in shower but I shrugged it off and never complained to the staff, so I don't know how they would have handled the mix up; the second is that the valet parking was overrated, 25 bucks for a guy who barely speaks English to pull it around the side of the building into an unsecured and shady looking parking lot.
