4. They didn't hound us at check out time either-I work nights so I have a normal tendency to sleep in-check out is at 1pm and I wasn't ready but still-no bothersome phone calls or people coming to the door.

5. Service was good for the most part and the staff seemed attentive and pretty eager to please, however there was a strange noise coming through air vents in my room that I reported but no one ever came to check out and try to fix.
