1. All of the above peccadillos could be forgotten if it weren't for the absolutely rude behavior displayed by the primary hotel manager, whose total disregard for my comfort or safety confimed that, from the top down, the Alden has no interest in the satisfaction of their customers.

7. Ray the Food & Beverage Manager was right there to make sure the food was brought out and never empty, we had 2 bar tenders who took excellent care of us.
