My sister and I stayed in Houston for the weekend and when we arrived (with a few bags), the two men that were supposed to be valet and the greeter/door opener where standing off to the side talking and laughing without ever acknowledging When we arrived at the concierge desk, the employee just sat there reading something, looked up at us breifly and said 'uh.
