6. They need to recognize their competition is ahead of them in amenities and value and they cannot simple coast of their old reputation as a nice hotel.

7. The WiFi fee was waived due to a 'promotion' but it still amazing me that I would have to pay these fees at a $200/night hotel in Eugene, ergo I give this place a low value rating.
