1. Restaurant's menu choices were good (especially enjoyed the warm chicken salad and also the breakfast buffet) - the wait staff were very accommodating.

4. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we had troubles with our shower water temperature (which actually had a plumbing problem and had to switch rooms) the staff were so nice and gave us free buffet breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience of having to change rooms.
