1. A final note, parking was convenient in the garage on the lower level, and I thought the $10 daily fee was reasonable.

2. The WiFi fee was waived due to a 'promotion' but it still amazing me that I would have to pay these fees at a $200/night hotel in Eugene, ergo I give this place a low value rating.

3. We did enjoy our time together, but were amazed at the poor conditions and greedy fees for everything that we were used to being included in the price of the rooms.

4. However, a "standard" room at this hotel means: 1) an extra fee for a 2nd guest (something I've never encountered before, 2)a surchanrge for wi-fi (free all over Eugene at other hotels) 3)no continental breakfast (free as above), 4)a substantial parking fee (free as above) 5)a tiny bathroom with wailing shower with intermittent water pressure (!), 6)no nightlight in the pitch-black bathroom 7)no minifridge, and last, but not least, 8)gross nose prints on the sliding glass doors onto the tiny balcony.

5. We have in the past gotten excellent room rates through Priceline, but our last bargain turned out to be negated because of the Hilton's extra fees.

7. The negatives on this hotel are the $10/day parking fee, the $9.95/day WiFi fee and a shower control that could not maintain contant temperature.

8. In the past the management has offered me $5 off the parking fee, this was when the gate was open and anyone could park there for free.

10. They have even gone so far as to wave the fee at check in and add it when we checked out saying the night desk doesn't have the authority to wave that fee.
