1. Hotel staff were very friendly but even though I was on a high floor, the noise from the constant running of freight trains through the night was a major issue for me.

2. In a world where free WiFi hotspots are everywhere and even very low end motels offer free WiFi, the idea of a high end hotel, price wise, would then try to make a profit center out of a basic requirement for any business traveller shocked me.
