1. Valet parking, elegant lobby, great customer service, great room with an amazing view, room service was on point, restaurant was outstanding, and the ability to walk directly from the hotel into a 3-4 story mall.

3. While you're literally staying at the best mall in Dallas -- and while the hotel has several access points that can take you directly into the mall -- if you're hoping to do things outside or within walking distance, there's just not much to do.

10. You can park for free under the mall and walk straight to a door which is next to the entrance to the Westin (ask a valet to show you where to go).
