1. Valet parking, elegant lobby, great customer service, great room with an amazing view, room service was on point, restaurant was outstanding, and the ability to walk directly from the hotel into a 3-4 story mall.

10. Very much a large corporate chain, all the rooms pretty much identical (benchmarked against colleagues' who were staying with me), though that said I had an end-of-corridor room which had an even larger bathroom appropriate for people with mobility issues.
