1. The pool was closed for maintenance and the usual rooms only have walk in shower so I called the morning of to see if I could upgrade and who ever the lady I thank her so much because she gave us a corner suite on 21st floor because it had a garden tub to soak since we could not do pool in hotel.

4. NOTE: my shower was very large and had a dual showerhead which was awesome, however it did not have a bathtub so not sure if the hotel has rooms with tubs or not.

6. When we entered our room and discovered there was no tub, a must for the wife, the front desk quickly moved us to another room (preferred member floor, but a corner suite) It was perfect.
