1. When we entered our room and discovered there was no tub, a must for the wife, the front desk quickly moved us to another room (preferred member floor, but a corner suite) It was perfect.

2. On a couple of positive notes, my husband's suit got really wrinkled from the flight and when he sent it down to be pressed (at 10:00pm) they had it back to him by 10:30 pm and didn't charge him for it.

3. The pool was closed for maintenance and the usual rooms only have walk in shower so I called the morning of to see if I could upgrade and who ever the lady I thank her so much because she gave us a corner suite on 21st floor because it had a garden tub to soak since we could not do pool in hotel.

4. Rooms are large, have HD LCDs and large bathrooms - I believe I was in an executive suite.

6. Came in late evening around 10pm, brought kids, reserved a corner suite with a connecting room, checked in at front desk got room keys go upstairs only to discover the rooms are very far apart.
