provided to us with a request to have a refridgerator brought to our room to keep food cold and they were very accomodating with our early check-in request too.

We prefer to give tips in cash at the end of a stay, or when

has been exceptional, not to have something added to the bill each time we sign in a hotel that we're paying good money for already.
