1. We got a decent rate so that makes me feel better about the muggy room, but I checked the regular rates for this a few dates mid-July just for fun.

7. If you can secure a good rate at this place I would take advantage of the location and how close it is to the T (especially in poor weather) or if you really enjoy the harbor and all it's slendor.
