Generally hearing from co-workers that the Longwharf is slightly nicer than Marriott Copley at this point and I was satisfied with the hotelPros 1) Front desk was very friendly and was easily able to fax a few things for free2) Upgraded as platinum premier to conceirge level - room was pretty OK sizeCons1) Wasn't enamored by food in concierge lounge - breakfast choices were average and the apps at night were mainly fried which I found stange .

7. first start with the greetings, I always get a smile here, from the valet, bellman, front desk, and the cleaning crews.
