1. The workout room and pool are nice enough, and the location is hard to beat.

The kids loved the pool (Small pool, but met the needs of the kids), loved the convenience to The New England Aquarium (Litterally next door) short walking distance to The Boston Children's Museum which is a must if you are visiting with kids, and of course The North End, Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market.
