8. Quick check-in, great and nicely equipped as well as modern (new?) room on the first floor, extremely comfy bed, terribly clean, super city view, next to the subway, easy and short walk in to the city centre, lovely breakfast and kind personnel.

10. Check-in was no problem, the clerk said she'd noticed we'd requested a high room on our reservation and so she'd 'just' moved us from the second floor to the fifth floor (no other rooms available).
