5. We belong to the Marriotts Rewards; they sent me an e-mail a few days prior to our arrival asking how many extra pillows or towels we would like and if we needed a roll-a-way.

7. I'm a member of Marriott Rewards and for one of their top vacation resorts, not all of my requests were fulfilled--which says a lot because they're expected to meet all your requests and I only asked for 3 things: a city view room, extra towels and extra foam pillows.

9. The only complaints we had, were the pillows weren't the greatest; the windows were pretty grimey (despite the great view); the breakfast buffet wasn't refilled very well.

When we checked in, the room we requested was no longer available, but the person that checked us in, made sure that we were well taken care of with another room and added in a breakfast certificate (Not necessary, but truly appreciated) We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday brunch which had plenty of choices and fresh fruit, bread, pastries etc. Had asked for extra pillows, towels, turn-down service several times, and the staff was always prompt in responding.
