1. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and my husband was especially thrilled with the complimentary cookies that they baked every afternoon around 4:00 p.m.The only downside for us was that there was not a pool, and customers are no longer allowed to use the pool at the Marriott across the street (this changed about a week before our stay).

3. Having the mini-kitchen and a room that size was great but we can get that as well as a complimentary breakfast and a cleaner bathroom elsewhere for much cheaper in a location convenient to a T-stop as well.

4. Complimentary coffee is available in the Counting Room each morning, plus there's a slate of excellent entertainers available many nights, also in the Counting Room.

5. if you are a Marriott Gold Card holder don't raise your hopes that you can enjoy the lounge and complimentary breakfast.
