2. The staff are so professional and attentive, we felt like 'celebreties' from the valet, doormen and concierge to the wait staff, room service and attendants we were greeted and treated with the utmost respect, no favor was to small, no detail overlooked.

4. Use of the car is a great perk, the concierge is excellent - gave us great advice on where to go for Sunday coffee, where to eat etc. Car parking was expensive, would expect a valet servicing thrown in free for that fee.
