1. Our suite was very large with a beautiful fireplace that we could turn on and off by a bedside switch.

It was beautiful, the service was impeccable (we got a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite at check-in), and the room was amazing: huge flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, killer stereo with speakers everywhere (including the bathroom!), TV in the bathroom, awesome rain shower and jetted tub, and THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I have ever slept in at a hotel.

10. At check in the man at the desk talked a bit with my son in swahili (what they speak where we live) They also upgraded them to the corner suite (again!), which my son loved, and had the beds ready as soon as they arrived.
