5. Because the hotel had all of our information on file from our previous visits they were able to bill my credit card so that my mom did not incur any additional costs.

6. In requesting another room, the front desk definitely made a concerted effort to accommodate me, but to be in another room, it would cost more, I'd not have two beds, but one and a pull out from a sofa, and I'd not have that room for a full stay.

8. The snacks in the mini fridge were very old and stale - at checkout we asked them to waive the snack costs and they nicely did so.
