6. I was greeted by name, warmly welcomed back by the doorman and front desk reception every time I passed through the lobby, and had the pleasure of speaking to the General Manager upon check out- and met her amazing dog, the 'mascot' of the hotel.

7. We stayed for four (4) days and the front office managers call you by name, etc. Ask for a room along the Beacon street side of the hotel - better views.

8. I will say that one of the things I most loved was the fresh apples & oranges decorating the hallways but my favorite parts were all the personal touches, General Manager Amy Finsilver and her staff go the extra mile to make sure their guests experience is the best it can be.
