3. Rooms offered good value for money; the Amex platinum program is especially good value but you should know that 'dinner for two' as an amenity really means an $85 food and beverage credit which will serve dinner for one in their restaurant.

8. The money has actually left my bank account, it's clearly been taken twice by mistake - an apology, and the reassurance that the hotel will take this on and actively check it's being recredited, would have been the bare minimum I'd expect from a quality hotel.
