1. First of all this hotel is refusing to take responsibility for stolen items under the valets care.

7. My niece, the bride, had her laptop stolen while it was being loaded in a car by the valets & did not receive any compensation from the hotel.

8. To make a very long story short, my wife's laptop was stolen in the valet area while it was on a bellhop cart with a bunch of other bags and in the possession of one of the hotel's bellhops.

9. One of my buddies, a member of the wedding party, didn't want to use a bellhop when he pulled into to valet area (where my wife's laptop was stolen) as he didn't have that much stuff and was perfectly capable of carrying it in himself.
