1. In our rush to check out Sunday, we left four nice articles of clothing in the closet, including a leather jacket and a $250 pair of women's slacks purchased the day before on Newbury Street.

8. I don't know what exactly can be done about this and how this complaint may help, but this was one of the annoyance we encountered, especially when we were trying to check out with our four suitcases.

9. Another minus would be the elevators: to get out of the property, you have to take two different flights of elevators and they were both busy around check out time.
