3. Yes, you have to go down 4-5 steps from the street, but the doormen are more than willing to help you with your luggage down those few steps (and no, they do not expect a tip).

5. I mentioned in other reviews that the one entrance of the hotel is on a dark and quiet street which you may find strange, but just turn the corner and there are ton of people walking to dinner, bars, etc.I like this hotel and hope to get it next time I bid.

Would i stay there again, no, for the reason that now i know Boston a little bit better, i`d like to stay near Newbury Street for a bit of a change of location, the pitfalls, unless you are willing to fork out for hotels like the taj, 4seasons, the lenox or the in waiting mandarin then as we like to say in london, `it aint gonna happen!`.
