1. The omni staff was fantastic and they brought up complimentary fresh juice/coffee/hot chocolate in the mornings.

3. The internet charge was promptly removed, we were offered a similar room with an ethernet connection, and a more powerful hair dryer was promptly delivered to our room along with complimentary breakfast vouchers for the whole family.

6. Also, when you are at the hotel you can get a complimentary upgrade to a business room which is well worth it - wonderful view of downtown boston, if your a shower person you will love this one - huge walk in shower with really hot water :) nothing but the best.

8. The hotel was running a promo for free breakfast with a stay and when I mentioned this they gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher even though I had booked the reservation through Priceline.
