1. Well nevertheless in general we enjoyed our stay here, but it could be much better, usually you get better quality and service in Hyatt.

3. It would have been nice if free internet service had been provided in the lobby (common area) like many other hotels have; it would have been helpful to search and map out restaurants and other things of interest.

5. I am a Hyatt 'afficcionado' (San Francisco Hyatt Embarcadero , Chicago Hyatt Regency) , but although the quality and attentiveness of service remains untouchable , this particular Hyatt lacks a good Restaurant (Avenue One is a poor solution) and a proper Fitness Center (Good Lord .

7. The service remains attentive and friendly/polite : Kindly , the receptionist upgraded us (me & Isabel) from the Corner Suite to the Lafayette suite , with a fantastic view over Boston Downtown .

10. The buffet selection had everything you could expect, fruit, cereals, omelettes made to order in front of you, french toast, meats etc. The service was impeccable, and the waitress even gave us a container to take a few things for the road as we were returning home that day.
