1. The bathroom has great amenities (massage bar soaps and nicely scented items) and even a non slip bath mat.

4. A friend of mine has a Holiday Inn franchise and I asked him why the 'upscale' hotels such as the Hyatt Regency and a Sheraton I stayed in recently don't offer the amenities such as free internet access and a decent (though in some cases limited) free breakfasts that 'downscale' motels such as Super 8 do.
