10. - the Valet staff is always smiling and typically has your car ready even before you call for it- the Front Desk consistent sincerity is welcoming (especially Patrick!)- the Concierge and Sales and Management Staff is always ready to offer a helping hand (Peter and Calvin)- the restaurants and bars are great, and always a social scene despite the night of the weekI have stayed at the liberty for the past 3-4 months on a weekly basis and I must say, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at.
