The
concierge
Mary Ann helped our group of 10 find a great Saturday night restaurant.

The staff is great aside from one
concierge
who seemed a little put out that I was asking for a corkscrew but she did tell me I could order one from my room phone, no big deal.

Upon arrival, the
concierge
was pleasant and accommodating, but understaffed considering the huge event that the hotel had going on that particular evening.

Concierge
David was outstanding - even took groups for guided walks through Beacon Hill on his days off (at no charge) Views from our rooms were spectacular, looking across the Charles River and city skyline.

I never received anything I requested and I was told to come down to the front desk to ask for a recommendation and then referred to the
concierge
that had a line.

Front desk and
concierge
were very professional; parking staff has too much too contend with as they have room for 6 cars and have 600 driving in.
