8. Friendly staff and complimentary champagne at check-in, turn down service, etc. Our room was nice and fairly quiet for Boston which was nice not to have a lot of street noise.

9. At turn down service they give u complimentary water, but with 2 registered in a room you'd think they could spring for another 25 cents and leave TWO bottles of water so each guest could have one instead of just leaving ONE for two guests.

10. They offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning which was nice, but they did run out this morning at 7:45.
