3. I hope they can get their housekeeping and refurbishment act together because I have family in Boston and come frequently and would like recommend this unusual property and come back myself as a guest on a future visit.

8. Overall, I would most certainly never stay at this hotel again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone; I think that a Holiday Inn is cleaner and has better quality rooms than this hotel.
