We were greeted by pleasant doormen and a friendly reception at the
front desk

- the Valet staff is always smiling and typically has your car ready even before you call for it- the Front Desk consistent sincerity is welcoming (especially Patrick!)- the Concierge and Sales and Management Staff is always ready to offer a helping hand (Peter and Calvin)- the restaurants and bars are great, and always a social scene despite the night of the weekI have stayed at the liberty for the past 3-4 months on a weekly basis and I must say, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at.

In fairness, I didn't call the
front desk
to complain -- I was only there for one night and was generously upgraded to a room with an incredible view of the city so I overlooked those things.

The valet was calling different cab companies, security was reviewing camera footage and the
front desk
was offering me free champagne to calm me down :) The cab driver came back with the laptop and a fabulous vacation followed.
