1. Room are also already dirty/stained, and housekeeping does only a cursory cleaning job between visits.

3. I was recovering from food poisoning and slept a lot - housekeeping was accommodating: cleaning the room only when we were out (sometimes not until the evening) and even asking if they could help me with anything.

There were some minor complaints: $11 for daily internet access (when are 5-star hotels that charge $450 a night going to catch on and stop the nickel and diming?); erratic housekeeping (turndown service is a nice idea but not when they don't replace the towels); a tiny fitness center with so little equipment that its crowded with 3-4 others in there at the same time.

6. Housekeeping obviously did a very cursory bed change and the room is not ever thoroughly cleaned because it if was you would not have these dust balls growing on the walls.

7. On 3 occasions in a 12 hour period we had housekeeping enter our rooms while we were in them trying to rest.

9. I hope they can get their housekeeping and refurbishment act together because I have family in Boston and come frequently and would like recommend this unusual property and come back myself as a guest on a future visit.

10. Only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did not replenish the pods for the coffee maker or clean coffee mugs when they cleaned the room.
